Christmas Trees are once again on sale at Mount Eliza Fire Brigade every weekend in December between 10:00am and 2:00pm (until sold out). All money raised will go to the Brigade to fund and maintain vital equipment.

To learn more we’re inviting you to attend our recruit information session this Thursday 9th November from 7pm. Speak to our amazing team and learn about the various roles and how you can contribute to the community, learn new skills and meet new people.

No need to panic if you hear sirens throughout the day on Good Friday. We will be driving the streets of Mt Eliza on Good Friday collecting much needed funds for the Royal Children’s Hospital. Please keep an eye and ear out and come and say hello to your local volunteer firefighters as we collect money for this great cause throughout Mt Eliza.

Our fire truck and crew will be at Kunyung Primary School between 11am and 4pm. Everyone will get to see what it’s like to be a firefighter, with activities such as squirting water, climbing inside the fire truck and checking out all the operational equipment that is required to assist in any emergency required. 12th November 2017 – Open Day & Fire Ready Meeting
Are you Fire Ready? FireReady meetings aim to properly prepare residents for the potential rigors of a hot fire season. This meeting is also purposed to address any questions from the community regarding what to do in a bushfire situation, as well as how to develop a Fire Action Plan for your household.
